What to do to start my own clothing store.? I want to start a clothing store in my little town

I want to start a clothing store in my little town contained by California but i don't know what to do...i don't have any money to start it and i'm not 18 on the other hand...but i have tons of philosophy for the clothes and i love the idea. What are some of the things i should do contained by the next few years so i can seize started with this. Like how much money should i store, ect...thanks!
