I am doing a business plan and i need to know what class of risk protection you would need to unseal a bar? We already enjoy workman's compenstation.

a. property coverage-covers the building if you own it and adjectives
your property inside.

b. general liability - to cover slips/falls/injury/advertising exposures --make sure if you are serving food that this also covers food borne illness--ie someone get sick from your special chicken--

c. liquor liability - very/most important protects you against your druken clients..also your MOST expensive coverage.
