What would make happen a company to verbs doing business contained by traditional ways and avoid electronic commerce?

Answers:   Not all businesses are suited to e-business.psychiatric therapy, education (not adjectives classes can be held on-line, e.g. lab classes, public speaking, etc.), selling food (people want to taste it first, after the company is set it may sell some on-line), businesses where on earth trust must be established between the provider/seller (e.g. financial investors, accountants, medical doctors/advise). Businesses that have a amazingly select customer base (e.g. dignified end custom jewerly, widgets for military vehicles). A company that sell classified widgets to a classified customer. A business that cannot ship what they market...customers are local (e.g. milk, lettuce). A business that sell things that requires face to facade i.d..passports, controlled substances that require a perscription). A business that requires the customer to "come in"...physical therapy, coat salon, etc. That's a start!
