Answers:   The customer pays for the shipping. I prefer USPS Priority Mail for small things. For larger items I weigh the item and compare rates next to USPS Parcel post or UPS Ground. If you use parcel post make sure you draw from Delivery Confirmation. UPS Ground provides the ability to track the item and they include insurance up to $100.00 It's OK to trade name a small profit on shipping because you have to pack it and filch to the shipping point.
