Whats the diffrence between an human resources and independent contractor?

Answers:    Well generally an hand is directly paid directly by the employer, such as a entity working for mcdonalds. This person have no real agreement or contract and can be fired at anytime for almost any origin. A private contractor is a seperate entity altogether that has a binding agreement to complete a living for __ amount of money and move on to another livelihood. It is really the same as newly selling a product , but instead of a tangible point usually, you're seling your service to them. Its similar to hiring someone to do somthing for you like fix your computer, but you hold a contract that binds you to them and they are obligated to fulfill that or you would sue them.

At the bottom is the IRS 20 bit test to determine the difference.
a contractor assume the responsibility of his(her)work and support losses from his own budget when the errand is not satisfactory for the firm explicitly beneficiary's of he agreement between them. a employee is a man(woman)who prefer safekeeping, not risk.
