When you start a business do you own to use what you are selling contained by the first name? For example if I were selling toys should my permitted business name

For example if I were selling toys should my permitted business name hold the word toys in it or is it okay to use my initials as my licensed moniker and just hold a domain name near the word toy in it incase I required to sell something else down the chain.

You can name it anything you want. If you're selling toys, you don't have to hold the word in the baptize. There are all kind of companies that don't use what they're selling in their christen. Personally I think it's easier at times if the describe at is at least somewhat tied to what you're selling. It make it stand out above other types of names. no you don't own to have your product surrounded by the name of you company ect
