Question: I would like to break open a clothing store, but I need a great deal of info on how to do it, besides getting a loan. For example, how to process payments, how to do payroll, and etc.
Depending on your state, your local chamber of commerce or secretary of states office is usually especially helpful. Make sure you look into corporations status near your sec. of states office as all right. You may also want to talk next to an accountant and/or a business lawyer. rob your time and do your homework.

i am sorry if what I am about to inform you may seem cynical but i ask you to consider what i am saying:

it is really really tough to gross money in retail and the hours are long. if you look around your nouns and really pay attention you will probably see greatly of small retail locations change name frequently. it's because they went out of business.

surrounded by the past year, i own had 2 retails clients stir out out business and lose about $200k within total. even if you end up making money, retail stores are intricate to sell.

i commonly tell topical clients that starting a retail business is liking buying a unpromising job.

i realize nearby are exceptions but please do a lot of research since incurring debt or lease commitments.
