I have tried the journalists and I have ad running all the time!
But can anyone else facilitate me with some planning on other places to get boxes of free books?
Go to Yahoo groups and do a scrabble for freecycle followed by your city's name. It's benign of like a swap group. Post things you want to get rid of for free or want to find.
Ask your local libraries if they can donate? It depends upon the reason you're looking for freebies.

Also, check out any used book stores - conceivably they can help.

Anytime you want free stuff, YOU call for to do the work - it just doesn't COME to you.

Answers:   Your local libraries enjoy quarterly sales to bring rid of old books at barter prices (like $2 a bag).
