Which would you a bit hold: an investor or a loan?



Answers:   It depends on the terms for respectively. With a loan you have to construct payments and depending on the financial situation of the company that may be a problem. However, you maintain complete control of the company.

With the investor, in that are no loan payments but you do have someone else that you hold to answer to. If the percentage that the investor buys is small enough, this may be the better choice. Make sure that adjectives the details are spelled out in the agreement to prevent problems.
A loan. It serves indistinguishable end lacking having to present up any control.
