Why business nouns manager work for others? if they are not confident enough to run in that own business,

if they are not confident enough to run in that own business, how they will bring business for others, i wonder. And please don't give me reason of funds. I know many general public who started from nothing and are in a minute millionaires. I just can't know why they work for others?

This statement is not apply on all, so plentiful developers run their own business. Some are associated with other , but nearby is some reason bringing up the rear that. They have dont own an Enterprenureship.

Before any entrepreneur starts a business he desires to be sure that he has the vehemence to put in the easier said than done work and dedication it takes to be successful. The culture is not enough, you also inevitability the enthusiasm.
