Question: I know it sounds funny, but other than getting goat's milk, how do farmers create money on goats?

Well they keep the grounds looking righteous by eating the grass and you can go goats and make a biddable profit. My brother raised Pygmy goats and he made $45 dollars a piece from them and they be only 8wks elderly.

Goats are used for milk as well as fiber, Breeds raise for fibre are the Angora and Cashmere. Angora goats are used to produce Mohair. Cashmere goats are raise for there milk, meat and wool. There is also the Spanish goat which is bred for in attendance meat and in Texas they also use them for brush control.

People put on a pedestal goats, so they can sell the skin for money and the meat is also a biddable source of protien.

Some ancestors just hold them as pets...everything doesn't have to be in the region of money.
